Registration Rates Non-Member: $150/*$160 NAEYC/ORAEYC Member: $105/*$115 Students: $90 (ASCOCC Scholarships apply for COCC students. Students need to provide a current student ID number during registration to qualify for full scholarships.)
Volunteer Opportunity: The Early Learning Conference committee is offering free registration to participants that would like to become a volunteer for both Friday April 29th and 30th. Online Registration on March 28 for group and individual registration March 28th-April 28th (Groups and individuals wishing to register after this window will need to register on-site.) *Late Registration begins after April 15 and includes a $10 fee increase. On-site on April 29th and 30th (Rates increase by an additional $10 for on-site registration. Credit cards, cash, and checks accepted.)
A note about this year's registration process: In the past, attendees have identified their preferred sessions during the registration process. This year, in alignment with the National Association for the Education of Young Children's annual conferences, we are not requiring session choices ahead of the conference. Instead, please register for the days you plan to attend. Once you're at the conference, please plan to attend the sessions that are most aligned with your professional and personal interests and goals.
The open exchange of ideas and the freedom of thought and expression are central to the aims and goals of the 2022 Central Oregon Chapter of the Oregon Association for the Education of Young Children conference. We also respect any other status protected by laws of the country in which the conference or program is being held. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants. Harassment includes but is not limited to overt and/or covert acts of: Verbal accusations or bullying Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following both in person and online Harassing photography or recording Sustained disruption of talks or other events Interference with a person’s participation or opportunity for participation Inappropriate physical contact Unwelcome sexual attention Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior We expect all interactions between attendees to be respectful and constructive, including interactions during the review process, at the conference itself, and on social media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference (without a refund) at the discretion of the conference organizers.
